Regional recognition for HTS's quest for growth

Heat Transfer Systems Ltd’s constant quest for quality through innovation has been rewarded in a prestigious regional competition highlighting companies achieving high growth in a competitive market place. The company was one of only three finalists shortlisted for the High Growth Award in East Midlands Development Agency’s (emda) recent HighGrowth East Midlands Awards. The competition was launched to celebrate the achievements of companies taking part in emda’s flagship business support programme, HighGrowth East Midlands. Heat Transfer Systems took part in the year-long support programme to prepare it for future expansion as its products and services grow and develop.  And the quality of the advice and guidance the company has received was further reinforced when its HighGrowth coach, Andrew Woodward, of Hilltop Partners, Whaley Bridge, scooped the Growth Enabler Professional Excellence Award. The award is reserved for business coaches who have taken part in emda’s Growth Enabler professional development programme, designed to boost the quality of business coaching. Winner of the High Growth Award were Nottingham-based telecommunications specialists Esendex Ltd, while the third finalist was Quadralene of Derby, which supplies high quality cleaning materials. “We’re delighted that we were shortlisted for the High Growth Award – and especially pleased for our coach Andrew, whose achievement clearly illustrates the high level of support and guidance we have received throughout the programme,” said HTS Director Richard Franklin. “Taking part in HighGrowth East Midlands has been an extremely valuable process for us, as we lay the foundations for future expansion and success.”
